About Us
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Cleveland Freedom Project is a collective of youth-led cultivators enabling a new generation of disruptors, dreamers, and drivers of social and economic justice. We foster conditions for growth to equip youth with the tools to reimagine and transform their own lives.

Through our programs and initiatives, we foster a culture of growth and empowerment, helping young people to develop the skills and confidence they need to reimagine and transform their own lives.
We believe that when young people are given the opportunity to lead and create change, they can transform the world for the better.

Growth is the Outcome
Nezerae Hunt participated in the Y.O.U. summer jobs program every year of high school. After she graduated, her worksite supervisor made her a leader and a staff member at her job site, the Cleveland Police Foundation.
