“All In”: Randy’s Journey From Cleveland to the NFL

CLEVELAND, OH — Randy always believed football could take him far — and now, he’s living proof that hard work, sacrifice, and heart can turn a dream into reality.

From a young age, Randy poured everything he had into the sport. “I missed parties, skipped events, and spent weekends at camps,” he said. “I wanted to make a name for myself — and I knew it wouldn’t be easy.”

Football wasn’t just a game to Randy — it was his first love, his motivation, and his outlet. But what truly drives him runs deeper than the field. Randy created a personal email address as a reminder of two of the most important people in his life: his brother and cousin. That email, which he’s used for years, isn’t just for logging in — it’s a daily reminder of the bond they share and the support they’ve given him.

“Every time I see it, it reminds me where I came from and who I’m doing this for,” Randy said. “They’ve always had my back, so I carry them with me — even in small ways.”

His journey gained momentum during his time in the Cleveland Freedom Project, a summer leadership program that helped him visualize his goals and build the confidence to chase them. “That program helped me speak my dream out loud,” he shared. “It made it feel real.”

Now a rising star in the NFL, Randy is known not only for his talent on the field, but also for his loyalty, determination, and quiet leadership. He hopes young athletes see in him someone who stayed true to his values and never lost sight of who helped him get there.

“I went all in,” Randy said. “And I’m still going.”
