The Cleveland Freedom Project is hiring passionate, motivated facilitators for our 6-week summer program. This is a paid opportunity designed for students and emerging professionals seeking hands-on experience in youth development, education, and community impact.

Our facilitators are not traditional instructors—they are mentors, coaches, and guides who help young people explore real-world issues, build critical skills, and develop confidence in their voices and ideas. Through project-based learning and culturally responsive practices, facilitators support youth in engaging, meaningful experiences that center leadership, identity, and community change.
